MindRise.Store ships worldwide.
This policy explains processing times, shipping methods, international conditions, and how mixed fulfilment (in-house + POD partners) may affect delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Order Processing Times

Processing begins once your payment is confirmed.

A. In-house products

These include select fidgets, jewellery and some accessories.
Processing time: 7-14 business days

B. Print-on-Demand (POD) partner products

These are made specially to order.
Processing time: 3-7 business days, depending on the supplier’s workload.

C. Split shipments

Orders containing multiple item types may arrive in separate parcels.


3. Shipping Times

Shipping estimates begin after processing.

Australia

  • Standard: 7–14 business days
  • Express (where available): 3–6 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard: 8–16 business days

USA & Canada

  • Standard: 14–28 business days

UK & Europe

  • Standard: 14–28 business days

Rest of the World

  • Standard: 14–35 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to postal conditions, customs, or partner delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination
  • Shipping method
  • Fulfilment source

Free shipping promotions may apply occasionally.


5. Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for most orders.
Some international carriers may offer partial tracking only.

You will receive tracking details via email when your items ship.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

MindRise.Store cannot control or estimate these fees.


7. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address is accurate.
MindRise is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses
  • Lost items caused by incomplete address details
  • Items returned due to non-collection

If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


8. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Holiday periods
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Supplier production delays

We will assist where possible but cannot control external factors.


9. Order Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you believe you have not received your item:

  1. Check with neighbours or household members
  2. Verify the address in your order confirmation
  3. Contact your local postal carrier
  4. Then contact us for assistance

We will help investigate within carrier limitations.
